Fischer Road Cargo BV was opened at Amsterdam Airport.
In 2005, Fischer Road Cargo GmbH at Frankfurt Airport and Fischer Road Sp. z.o.o. opened at Warsaw Airport.
Managing directors Markus Züllig and Balz Halbheer founded Fischer Road Cargo AG with the aim of entering the airfreight replacement service (RFS). Regular freight transports to Frankfurt, Brussels and Amsterdam were introduced.
In 1998, his sole proprietorship became Fischer Transport AG.
In 1964, Fischer Road Cargo began offering regular services on the Zurich-Basel-Zurich route.
In 1956, Fischer Road Cargo traveled the Zurich-Basel-Zurich route for the first time, transporting luggage from passengers whose flights had been diverted to Basel due to fog at Zurich Airport.
